I n the article by Rautaharju et al, “Electrocardiographic Repolarization-Related Variables as Predictors of Coronary Heart Disease Death in the Women’s Health Initiative Study,” which published online July 28, 2014, and appeared in the August 2014 issue of the journal (J Am Heart Assoc. 2014;3:e001005 doi:10.1161/JAHA.114.001005), two equations appeared incorrectly on page 3, left column, first full paragraph. The expressions for RTepi and RTxd read “RTepi=QTpa (1 CosѲ(Tp|Tref)9(TpTxd))/2” and “RTxd=QTpa (1+CosѲ(Tp|Tref)9(TpTxd))/2.” These have been corrected to read “RTepi=QTpa+(CosѲ(Tp|Tref) 1)9(Tp|Tref)9(TpTxd)/2” and “RTxd=QTpa+(CosѲ(Tp|Tref)+1)9(Tp|Tref)9(TpTxd)/2.” The authors regret these errors.
